How long will it take to receive my VitrALA™ Convenience Kit?

VitrALA™ Convenience Kits are available for pre-order only right now. Orders will be fulfilled in January of 2024. Delivery time is based on customer location. Product is shipped same day if ordered by noon that day and ships via UPS ground. Expedited shipping may be purchased if needed.

What do I do if my VitrALA™ Convenience Kit arrives damaged?

Lost shipments are investigated by UPS and handled based on their findings. A damaged product can be returned for a full refund or replacement.
